On the first day of the Academic Year 2025-26, the Programme of B.Sc. (Speech-Language Pathology) hosted our first-ever Clinical Pledging Ceremony.
The Ceremony was a remarkable event for our Year 3 to 5 students. The students are led by Prof. Estella Ma, Director of Clinical Education together with our academic staff and clinical educators to make the pledge together. The pledge emphasizes the responsibilities of a clinician to serve their clients.
After the oath taking, students lighted the torches to symbolize the meaning of the ceremony enlightened their clinical journey as a future SLP.
